About us

A small farm, grown slowly and with lots of care.

Nature Fresh Microgreens is a two-person run vertical urban farm in Kottayam, Kerala. We grow a small catalogue of microgreens. No chemicals, no pesticides, no rush.

We started with one live tray.

(temporary copy, please request client to provide a story, if they cannot provide one this space can also be left empty for now I'm just gonna write something for now to fill space) -- Nature Fresh Microgreens began in a borrowed space within Kottayam, with a single vertical rack — the greens that grew became Nature Fresh Greens.

The catalogue is intentionally small. Eight greens. We'd rather know a few things well than offer a hundred we don't.

How we work

01

Living soil, always

No synthetic plugs, no nutrient liquids, no sterile mats. Every single crop is grown in nutrient-dense organic soil, allowing the roots to feed naturally from seed to harvest.

02

By hand, mostly

Machines don't care for delicate greens. We sow the seeds, mist the trays, and harvest every batch by hand. It requires patience. It ensures pristine quality.

03

Harvested upon order

Nothing sits on a shelf losing nutrition. We plan ahead cut your greens on delivery day. They arrive alive with maximum flavor, crispness, and vitamins.

On seeds

"We don't buy seeds by the generic sack. Every batch is non-GMO, organic, and chosen for the vibrant color, crisp texture, and flavor it will yield — weeks before it is sown."

— bla blak, founder

Crisp, peppery, earthy amaranth harvested at peak color. Hearty, protein-dense shoots with a rich, nutty crunch.
